PINEAPPLE

Our pineapples are picked ripe and fresh from local farms in Thailand. We select the best fruits with care and aim for our production processes.

Pineapple from Thailand are well-known for their juicy and sweety taste, we are using the Smooth Cayenne species because of its strong aroma and a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness.

There are 2 crops for the pineapple : during Thai winter (November – January) and during Thai summer (March – June).

   Our mature and peeled fruits are sliced in the desired shape, processed into the cans and then the syrup or natural juice is added on top to fill the can.

2. IQF PINEAPPLE
   Our pineapples are manufactured with the IQF (Individual Quick Frozen) technology in order to maintain the best quality of our ripen fruits: flavor, color and texture are very closed to the fresh fruits.

3. DRIED PINEAPPLE
   The fruits are naturally dried at low temperature in order to keep the pineapple natural taste and the nutritious values at their best.
